Fan-Tas-Tic!
Over the years we have seen so many bands - mainly of the "tribute type" but you
girls were something else!
You might remember me (tall, chubby, bald & glasses), I was at the front in Brighton
begging for an encore of AC/DC's "You Shook Me", best song ever!
Any way, I hope you can make it "ooop north" to play our Beer Festival in October
2006, check out this years at www.hartlepoolbeerfestival.org.
We'll be in touch soon and I'll keep logging on to the W/S for news.
Cheers,

Andrew.
(from Gerry) I thought you were brilliant last night. It,s so refreshing to see girls do rock,
and you really rock. I,ll certainly come and see you again.
The Purple Emperor crowd is a very difficult one and you won them over with aplomb.
Good luck to you all in the future.
bye for now.
your gig the other night rocked!
your actually better live than on the vidio i saw
i told my mates about you and they said that they would love to come along
to the gig in chillham and they said that they dont mind helping you unpack
and pack all the stuff (help lifting etc)

well could you get back to me with dates and times again thanks

see you soon

Hi girls,
just wanted to say thanks for an awesome time last night at the villager,
it was a really good set and highly entertaining and amusing in places. Mark.

P.s. Lisa you rock!!
Girls, You were awesome in Southend on Saturday night. Everyone said what
a great band you are and the energy you create is amazing. My sister
Vanessa (who never goes to gigs) said you had her from the first song.
Young Andrew (16) said he'd had the time of his life this year at the
Reading & Leeds festivals but THE PLAYGIRLS on Saturday were better
than any of the festival bands.

Lots of Love,
Jane x
(From Jenny)

Hi Girls

Just had to stop by and say thanks for a great gig at the Villager tonight.

You played well, one of the best bands Dave has had in the pub.

Thanks again and hope to see you there again sometime.

Pete
Hello!

Saw you guys at the Grey Horse in Kingston a few weeks ago. I was the half-cut grey
haired tall bloke singing & dancing... so I must have stood out in that crowd!

Have to say, I thought the set list was great, though starting "pretty fly"
while I was at the bar did lead to a few spilled drinkies ;o). You managed
to include most of my current fave bands, thank you very much!

Never thought a female vocalist could get away with a cover of "Enter Sandman"
either, but was happy to be proved very wrong indeed, excellent stuff! Rocked
my socks off :o)

Love, peace 'n' bananas

Clive
I saw the Playgirls for the first time at Kingston a couple of weeks ago. I was
totally impressed. When I found out that they are at a couple of Rallies I thought
that really makes me want to be there ...to sit in the sun, take a load of drugs,
and lay back and enjoy this fantastic band......... Actually if I lay back I wouldn't
be able to see these magnificent women giving it "loads" and that would never do !!!!
See you through a haze of hallucinogens at the SLOUGH rally

Avid new fan from Isleworth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Just a note to say thanks for a great gig..........

Hope to see you in the future

A sad wannabe groupie

Andy (he who wears "gay" white tops)

have to say I was pretty impressed. So much so I now want to be a

Dave x

P.S can I be Lisa's bitch?
Dear playgirls Just a short e-mail to say that i am a great admirer of your work.
It is with much interest that I would like to know your favourite
leisure interests? Would you please consider sending me an autographed
photograph, it would be much appreciated.

I really enjoyed the gig - Trish is great and it was good to hear
Lydie doing some new songs - I thought her singing Sk8er Boi was
great. And your playing was awesome as usual! I want to come to
the Cat and Lantern next time to see the band.

Amanda
Thanks for an excellent gig. I guess the Roffen is not your natural venue,
or audience, but you played (& sang) brilliantly. Your cover of Teen Spirit
in particular was flawless and once the dancing started it didn't stop.
You took me back to the 80's and 90's when I saw such greats as Rock Goddess
and L7. Hey, I may be getting older, but I refuse to grow up!

Take care and I look forward to seeing you again

Dan
G'day to the whole great Playgirls group,

Like Wow, Wipeout, ladies…………!!!

Good luck with all your new recordings and everything and your website rocks.

I wondered if it might be possible to get any signed photos like the cool photos
of you on your site, please.

It’d be really cool as you’re great, thanks.…

Look forward to hearing from you,

Regards David
Yes we were there, great gig wasn't it? Make sure you let me know when you're
next on locally - I think the Albion's coming up isn't it?

Take care

Trevor
Hi Lisa, firstly, apologies for leaving it so long, but I just wanted to thank you
and the girls for the gig on Saturday. You were absolutely brilliant, if I'm
honest I was a bit worried about it as well, a lesser band would have struggled
like hell. Anyway, thanks again and I think there will probably be a few of us
at the Beacon Court on Saturday - hope to see you there.

Take care,

Trevor
Hi Lisa,

It was my first experience of The Playgirls last night.. great show (and my
hangover this morning proves it, oops).

Thanks for the great show,

Karim :)
H I girls!!

Loved the gig last night in O'Neils, I was the pissed one who was with the drunk
guy who wanted to dance / sing with Becky!!!

Still serious about getting you to play Gosport on the w/e around the 26th
October so send me a price. Would also love a decent piccie of you lot to
